1. Acceptance

MITRA Connect platform use karne se aap in terms se agree karte hain. Agar agree nahi to platform use NA karein.

2. Eligibility

Aap minimum 18 saal ke hone chahiye. Greater Noida me reside karne wale users primarily targeted hain.

3. Discovery-only platform

MITRA Connect ek discovery aur connection platform hai. Hum services khud deliver nahi karte. Service delivery, payment, aur dispute resolution user aur provider ke beech direct hota hai.

4. KYC aur Verification

Providers Aadhaar + PAN verify karte hain. Sensitive categories (maid, cook, elderly care) me police verification anivarya hai. Verification process ke baad bhi user apni due diligence khud karein.

5. Payments

Sab payments (deposits, advance, final) user aur provider ke beech direct hote hain. Subscription fees aur posting fees (jab applicable) MITRA Connect ko Razorpay ke through pay hote hain. Refund policy: 7 din ke andar agar service avail nahi hui, full refund.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Spam, fake requirements, ya impersonation strictly prohibited
• Off-platform contact share karna (jab tak contact reveal nahi hua) prohibited
• Discriminatory, abusive, ya illegal content prohibited
• Female-only requirements ko male provider falsely accept karna prohibited

7. Liability

MITRA Connect provides "as-is" service. Hum loss, damage, ya injury ke liye liable nahi hain jo service delivery ke dauran ho. Maximum liability subscription fees paid in last 6 months tak limited hai.

8. Termination

Hum suspend ya terminate kar sakte hain agar:

• 3+ verified reports aapke khilaaf
• Trust score 30 se neeche
• Terms violation

9. Governing Law

Yeh terms Bharat ke kaanoon ke under hain. Jurisdiction: Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
