Greater Noida ka pehla privacy-first reverse-marketplace. Aap zaroorat post karein, verified providers connect bhejein, aap approve karein.

Q2. Mera phone public hoga kya?

Nahi. Customer ka phone tab tak hidden rehta hai jab tak aap connect approve nahi karte. Phir bhi sirf approved provider ko dikhta hai.

Q3. Free me kitne zaroorat post kar sakte hain?

Free plan me 3 zaroorat per month. Premium (₹99/mo) me unlimited.

Q4. Provider verify kaise hote hain?

Aadhaar (DigiLocker), PAN, selfie liveness, references — sab. Sensitive categories me police verification bhi.

Q5. Sensitive category kya hai?

Maid, cook, elderly care, full-time maid — jahan ghar me access deni hoti hai. In categories me police verification mandatory.

Q6. Payment kaha hota hai?

Service payment sirf user aur provider ke beech direct. MITRA platform me sirf subscriptions liye jaate hain.

Q7. Dispute ho gaya to?

Hum dispute resolution provide nahi karte. Yeh discovery platform hai. Lekin Report karein — false claims wale providers ko ban kiya jata hai.

Q8. Tier kya hote hain?

Bronze (start), Silver (5 jobs + 4.0 rating), Gold (25 jobs + 4.5 rating), Platinum (100 jobs + 4.7 rating + insurance).

Q9. Refund policy?

7 din ke andar agar service nahi mili to subscription full refund. Posting fees forfeit ho jaati hain agar requirement bina valid reason ke withdraw ki.

Provider profile pe star + total jobs + recent reviews — sab visible.

Q11. Connect request approve karne me kitna time?

Apni convenience. Lekin request 72 ghante me auto-expire ho jaati hai.

Q12. Female-only requirement post kar sakti hu?

Bilkul. "preferred_gender = female" set karke. Sirf female providers ko dikhega.

Q13. Police verification kaise karwau (provider ke liye)?

UP Police character certificate apne local PS se. Hum docs upload section pe accept karte hain. 7-10 din me approve.

Q14. Pricing me hidden charges?

Bilkul nahi. Listed price + GST. Bas.

Q15. Cancel kaise karu subscription?

Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel. Aage ke months ka deduct nahi hoga.

Q16. Greater Noida ke bahar service available?

Abhi nahi. Hum focused launch kar rahe hain. 2026 end tak Noida + Ghaziabad + Delhi expand karenge.

Q17. Mera data secure hai?

DPDP Act 2023 compliant. Aadhaar number store nahi karte. Data bechte nahi.

Q18. Provider ko paise dene se pehle kya check karu?

KYC badge, recent reviews, response time, tier. Pehli visit pe ID match.

Q19. Bot ya AI chat hai?

AI requirement parsing aata hai (text se category guess). Lekin actual chat real provider ke saath hai.

Documents submit karne ke baad 24-48 ghante.

Q24. Galat info post kar du to?

Account suspend ho sakta hai. Honest info dein.

Q25. Provider ban gaye to fir try kar sakte hai?

3 verified reports ya trust score <30 me account suspend. Manual review ke baad restore possible.

Q26. Photos kis size ke?

5MB max per photo, JPG/PNG/WEBP. PDF bhi accept.

Saare paid plans pe 15% off agar annual lete hain.
