Customers ke liye

Pehli visit me ID match karein

Provider ke profile pe selfie + aapse milne wala face match honi chahiye. Aadhaar ya driving license dekh sakte hain.

Advance payment se bachiye

Provider ka kaam start hone ke baad hi materials/advance dein. 100% advance kabhi nahi.

Written receipt zaroor lein

Amount, date, kaam ka scope — WhatsApp text bhi chalega.

Sensitive services — family member home pe rakhein

Maid, cook, elderly care — pehli visit pe ghar par koi family member ho.

Providers ke liye

Customer se call par confirm karein

Address, time, scope — visit se pehle confirm.

Cash payment — receipt sign karein

Apne records ke liye written receipt rakhein.

Suspicious behavior — Report karein

Koi customer abuse, harassment, ya unrealistic demand kare to turant Report button use karein.

Emergency: Agar koi safety issue hai — turant Police 100 / 112 dial karein. MITRA Connect platform ko bhi Report karein.
